Roadwork ("we", "our", "us") is operated by AW Consumer Group, a subsidiary of Ashborne Holdings. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Roadwork mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from those services.
• Profile Information: Nickname, age, weight, combat discipline, experience level, training goals, equipment access, and available training days — provided during onboarding.
• Training Data: Workout logs, exercise completions, timer sessions, gym logs, rounds completed, calories burned, and training streaks.
• Nutrition Data: Food logs, meal types, calorie and macro intake, water consumption, and weight logs.
• Location Data: GPS coordinates during cardio sessions (running, walking, cycling) for route tracking and distance calculation. Location data is only collected when you actively start a GPS-tracked session.
• Photos: Food photos submitted for AI nutritional analysis. These images are processed and not permanently stored on our servers.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app version for troubleshooting and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Providing and personalising the Roadwork training experience
• Generating AI-powered training plans, coaching advice, and nutritional analysis
• Tracking your progress, streaks, milestones, and achievements
• Processing subscription payments through Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Sending training reminders and motivational notifications (if enabled)
• Improving app performance and fixing bugs

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Roadwork:

• Supabase: Cloud database for storing your account and training data. Data is hosted in the EU (Ireland).
• Anthropic (Claude AI): Powers our AI coach, training plan generation, and food photo analysis. Your prompts and food photos are sent to Anthropic's API for processing.
• RevenueCat: Manages subscription billing and purchase verification.
• Google AdMob: Serves advertisements to free-tier users. AdMob may collect device identifiers for ad personalisation.
• Firebase: Handles push notifications for training reminders and motivational messages.
• Apple/Google: Processes payments for Premium subscriptions through their respective app stores.

4. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL. Your data is stored on secure servers in the European Union (Ireland). We use row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data, training logs, nutrition data, and associated information are permanently deleted within 30 days. Food photos submitted for AI analysis are processed in real-time and not retained after analysis.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to:

• Access a copy of your personal data
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent for data processing

7. Children's Privacy

Roadwork is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

The Roadwork mobile app does not use cookies. Our website (getroadwork.com) may use essential cookies for basic functionality. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes on our website.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
