These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Roadwork mobile application ("App") operated by AW Consumer Group, a subsidiary of Ashborne Holdings ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Roadwork, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

To use Roadwork, you must create an account by providing accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is truthful and accurate.

2. Subscription and Billing

Roadwork offers a free tier and a Premium subscription:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.

Premium subscribers receive access to: all 800+ workouts, AI coach chat and session feedback, full diet and nutrition tracking, smart calendar, custom workout and combination creation, AI food photo recognition, personalised training plans, and an ad-free experience.

Roadwork is not a medical service. The workouts, nutrition information, AI coaching advice, and training plans provided through Roadwork are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise programme, making dietary changes, or if you have any concerns about your health. You use Roadwork and follow its guidance at your own risk.

6. AI Features Disclaimer

Roadwork uses artificial intelligence to provide coaching advice, training plans, and nutritional analysis. AI-generated content is provided as guidance only and may not always be accurate. Nutritional estimates from AI food photo analysis are approximate. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated content. Always verify nutritional information from AI analysis before making dietary decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in Roadwork — including workouts, designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of AW Consumer Group or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

8. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create in Roadwork (custom workouts, combinations, notes). By creating content in the App, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the service. We will not share your personal content with other users without your consent.

9. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AW Consumer Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Roadwork. This includes but is not limited to injuries sustained during workouts, health issues from following nutrition guidance, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of Roadwork after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
